When you are in any list or report, select the column you want to search in from the '''Search Column''' drop down or simply '''Left Click''' on the desired column. * '''F5 - Full''' opens with the full list of the subject. '''F5''' is the complete list.
* '''F6 - Starts With''' opens with no list which is great for speed. When you enter the first letters of the subject, then press '''F6''', a short list of subjects that start with the letters entered, will appear. Anything starting with the typed characters it will only display that.
* '''F7 Like''' opens with no list which is great for speed. When you enter any letters of the subject then press F7, a list of subjects with the like letters you have entered will appear. These letters or characters could be at the start, middle or end of sentence or a word
* By '''Default''' the first left hand column in any list or report, is the '''Default Search Column.'''
