Awards are designed to allow you to auto import award details into an employee file.  After importing you can make 
any modifications required for the individual employee.  This allows you to bring in all of the settings and then change
for example the hourly pay rate which is far less time consuming than having to enter all of the leave accrual figures, 
superannuation rates etc for each employee.  NOTE: You must select the appropriate award before making any 
other changes otherwise they will be overwritten when you auto load the Award details.
