*Select the [[Inventory]] tab<br>*Select the Batch Product Creator button to load the 'Batch Product Creator' entry screen

*Select the 'Abbreviator' button to load the 'Product Code Abbreviations' entry screen, where you need to first <br> set up your Categories.

*Select 'Category1' and rename it eg.'Size' in the 'Code Category Name' field on the right.<br>*Enter the attributes of your Category e.g. Small SM, Medium MED, Large LGE<br>*Continue to name the number of Categories you require and add attributes to each one.

*When you have entered all your required Categories and Attributes select 'SAVE'.

*You can drag and drop columns to change there order.

*You are ready to start creating your Products.<br>*To create a products selection type, select the product from the 'Selected Product' drop-down<br>*Select each Category with the appropriate attributes by left-clicking on each attribute while holding down <br> the ctrl key.<br>*Select 'Create' once you have chosen your attributes.
