Do you know how to make the last person on exit auto Backup function?<br />

Within Utilities=>preferences=>Utilities<br />
Turn on Backup on last person exit - this will then back up your data when the last person exits<br />
out of ERP. This back up will then be saved in the back up folder.<br />
<br />
To manually back up go to Start=>left mouse click=>all programs=>ERP Software=>Server=>backup all<br />
databases. Database Manager will then be available to back up databases.</div>Simon Clive
