CRM Overview

CRM is a term used to describe a wide range of software applications. Within ERP, CRM stands for Customer

Relationship Management. By definition the CRM module is for managing the relationship with customers as opposed to the Marketing module which is for working with new contacts.

Within the CRM module you can manage your:

• Prospects (Customers and contacts who are in the sales pipeline)
• Canvassers (Employees who undertake telemarketing and other forms of cold calling)
• Sources (Tracking where customers come from)
• Mail Merge
• Loyalty Program and Rewards points
