Overview

To restore a backup from within ERP you must be logged in to a database of the same name as the one to be restored. If for any reason you are unable to do this you should run the restore from your Windows Programs Menu.

How to restore from within ERP

  • Make sure EVERYONE else is logged out of ERP except for yourself
  • Select Utilities tab
  • Select Restore button

You should see a list of all backups stored in the Backups folder on the server for the database that you are logged into

  • Select the backup file that you wish to restore
  • Select OK

How to restore from the Windows Programs Menu

  • Make sure everyone is logged out of ERP including yourself
  • Select the Windows START button on the server
  • Select All Programs
  • Select ERP
  • Select ERP Service Menu
  • Select Restore tab
  • Select Show for All DBs check box
  • Select the backup file you want to restore
  • Select Restore button
