Overview
When Printing a List or Report and you get the warning "Range check error".
Followed by a Warning "Exception 'dPdtSUError' in module ERP.exe at 004982C5 PrintDAT! Setup Error:....."
This error means that Windows does not have the PrintDAT file required to print or the file is locked by windows. Sometimes Windows updates remove this file.
You need to log into the PC as a full Administrator and then print a list in ERP and a template e.g. an Invoice
Other than that you will have to get the PrintDAT file from the System 32 folder on a PC that you can print from, and copy it across to the one that you can't print from
