Overview
The Job Reportss screen shows you a comparison of your actual figure to your budgeted figures for a specified Job and shows the variance for each account.
How to view the budget with a job
- Select Budget tab
- Select Job Report (Budget Vs Actual) button
- Select the Budget you wish to compare from the drop down list at the top left of the screen
- Right Click the Job name in the Job column and select "And Filter"
- Right Click and select"Preview"
- Select the date range to match the budget periods
You can now see for this job, actual figures for each account, budgeted figures for each account and the variance between the two. Any variance that is a negative will be displayed in red.
