Leads Module
Do you understand that a Lead is the key Marketing tool for Sales integration?
Entering Actions / Follow Ups into a Lead will, by default, create a complete record of 'What It Took' to gain a new Customer.
When a Quote, Sales Order, or Invoice is selected as an Action within a Lead therefore creating the respective transaction, it not only removes the need to re-enter Contact information, as this all feeds to a Customer directly from the Lead, it creates a complete Sales Pipeline with Ratio reporting.
Information created through this process will pinpoint areas within your Sales and Marketing that are working well, and highlight those areas that require change to be more efficient and effective.
