What is an example of an "Action"?
Default Action "Types" available for selection in the drop down list in the Type column of the lead form are:
Approved DM Contacted Email Follow-up Invalid Number Not Approved Not Interested Rescheduled Sent Brochure
Other Actions that can be performed from within the Lead form by selecting the relevant button are:
Follow Up Appointment (upon selection will create a Prospect of the Lead) Quote (upon selection will create a Customer of the Lead) Sales Order (upon selection will create a Customer of the Lead) Invoice (upon selection will create a Customer of the Lead)
