Email Appointments
How do you email an Appointment Itinerary to a Rep?
Select the Appointments tab Select the Print Appointment Select the Date Range required "From" and "To" Select an Individual Rep from the drop down menu or leave "All Reps" ticked Select Email to email the Itinerary to the selected Rep or All Reps (NB: Reps must have an email assigned to the Employee/Rep card)
