New SQL Report
Can you use the SQL Wizard to create a report?
You can create a custom report using the Report Wizard from within the Report Designer. Go to:
Employee Custom Reports New Enter a Name and Type for the report - The type will define which SQL string to use and therefore which fields will be available Report Designer File (from the top menu) New Report Wizard Select The fields you want to include from the left hand column and use the arrow to send them to the right. Next - If you want to group data in the report (eg. Report by postcode) select the fields to group the output by Next - Select the basic layout styles you want Next - Select the Font style you want Next and Finish to preview
Select the Design tab to make further design and layout changes.
