Shared Path
Why should you make this a shared folder for the path?
The Documents Path should be a shared folder so that all users are able to save and access documents and that all documents are being backed up in an easy to restore location.
The documents in the document path are NOT backed up by the ERP backup. You must ensure this folder is backed up by your systems administrator
