Pop Up Messages
Where do you assign messages for the product?
Within the product list you can add a pop up reminder to remind you when creating a Sales Order or Invoice to add a specific message.
Select Inventory from Main Menu Select Express Product List or Product List ( NB. If in either one you can select the Product/Express Tab to change from one to the other) Select the product you wish to add a pop up message to. Select the Miscellaneous Tab Tick the Pop Up Reminder When Product is Sold radio button to activate the pop up. This then allows you to add a Pop Up Message - Enter the Message Select Save
Now when you go into a Sales Order or Invoice and sell that product a pop up message will appear when you enter the Product name reminding you of the pre set message to take any action that is required. eg. There is a special on for this week.
