Time Cost and Charges
Can you load service charge outs as part of the Time Sheet?
Creating an appointment from the repairs screen updates both the repair and your calendar from a single point. Conversely, when you update the actual times for an appointment that was created from a Repair, the timesheet in the Repair can also be updated automatically. You can also manually add timesheet entries and costs from within the repair.
How to add service charge outs to a Repair.
Select Workshop tab Select Repairs List button Select a Repair Select Time Sheet Entries tab - Here you can see all existing timesheets for the repair including those created from appointments. Select the Employee Name field in the last timesheet entry and hit the down arrow on your keyboard - This creates a new timesheet entry Select the employee name from the drop down list and add date, hours, rates etc Save
