Budget v Actual
Can you see the Budget in a list form?
Comparing the actual figures achieved to the budgeted figures can be done in the Budget_Profit_and_Loss<LinkId=1140> report or in the Budget v Actual report. The Budget Profit & Loss report shows variances and has more filtering options whereas the Budget v Actual is a quicker more simple list comparison.
All lists in ERP can be Filtered<LinkId=251>, Searched<LinkId=252>, Customised<LinkId=249>, Printed<LinkId=253> and Exported<LinkId=254>.
How to see the Budget in a list form
Select Budget tab Select Budget v Actual button Select the Budget to compare to Select the date range
You will now see displayed actual figures and the budgeted figures listed
