Can you create multiple Shipping Addresses for a customer?
In some cases it may be desirable to have multiple Shipping Addresses for a single client such as when providing a Drop Shipping service. This can be done from within the Invoice.
- To create a new Shipping Address select theSales Module
- Select the Invoice button
- Select a Customer from the Drop Down list.
- Double Click on the Shipping Address box to open the Shipping Address List.
- Select an Existing Address from the list. This will only be there if you have delivered to this address previously even though it may have been for a different customer.
- If the address doesn't exist Select New and type in new details and select Ok.
- Select Save and the new address from the list will load into the Ship To box on the Invoice.
