Foreign Exchange List

Do you know how to turn on Foriegn Exchange Values in some reports?

The Foreign Exchange Rates List displays a list of all Active and Inactive Rates currently created within your ERP Database. From here you can also add new Foreign Exchange Rates and change details of existing ones. Lists in ERP can be Filtered, Searched, Customised, Printed and Exported

  • To view the Foreign Exchange Rates List Select the General Module or Select the Accounts drop-down from the top toolbar Select Foreign Exchange Rates List
  • Select the relevant radio button to view the Foreign Exchange Rates List by Active Rates, Inactive Rates, or All Rates

Double-click to open any Foreign Exchange Rate in the lists to edit the details. Refer to Foreign Exchange Rates for details. Select the New button to create a new Foreign Exchange Rate.

N.B. Remember to check the Inactive Rates or All Rates list before creating a new Rate from scratch, as it may already exist but is currently inactive.
