Regular Servicing
Where do you set up repeat repairs?
ERP supports regular or scheduled servicing. The scheduling can be configured from within a repair
- To set up Repeat Repairs select the Workshop Module then the Repair List button
- Select the Repair you want Repeated
- Select the Repeat Button
- Select the frequency from Day, Weekly orMonthly
- If selecting Weekly or Monthly select the Multiplyer Eg. every 3 months
- Select the Day of the Week or Month from the Drop Downs
- Choose when to move the scheduled day to account for Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays
- Select the Base Date (first repair)
- Select the Final date
- The Scheduled Repairs will display in the screen and Save
