Follow Ups
Can you enter a follow-up for another employee?
Creating an Appointment from the repairs screen updates both the repair and your calendar from a single point.
A Follow Up on the other hand does not create an Appointment but adds a Reminder to do something on a given date. A Follow Up consists of a Date, Notes and an Employee name. It can also be marked as Done.
- To add a Follow Up for another Employee select the Workshop Module and then the Repairs List button
- Select a Repair and then the Notes tab
- Select the last existing Follow Up and use the Down Arrow on your keyboard to create a new entry.
- Enter the Date to be followed up, the Note on what needs to be followed up and the Employee name
- This follow up will now appear in the selected employees Follow Up list for the date selected.
