Extra Buy Price
Can you enter Extra Buy Prices for your suppliers?
The Extra Buy Price tab allows you to set prices for a product based on quantity discounts offered by multiple suppliers. You can allocate an unlimited number of suppliers and create different price levels per Supplier.
- When creating a Product select the Extra Buy Price tab on the Product card.
- Select from the drop down menu the Supplier you wish to set the prices for
- Enter the Unit of Measure you wish to apply this price for
- Input the Supplier Part Name and the Supplier Code if applicable
- Enter the Price (Ex)
- The Price (Ex) for UOM will auto load a price defined by the UOM selected
- Select Use if you have more than One Supplier loaded
- Input a Min Order Qty that will create a Pop Up when purchasing if Less than the Minimum Order Quantity has been selected
- Follow the Same Procedure as above for Foreign Buy Price
