Contact Correspondence
Can you send correspondence from within the Contact Tab?
Within the Contcts tab in either the Customer or Prospect card you will see a list of information such as Letters, Fax and Email. As long as you have all the relevant details to be able to use these contacts you can send any correspondence to your Customers from here.
- If you use MS Word to edit documents, set this in Preferences - Utilities.
- If not Emails will use your default Email software and Letters and Faxes will use the Document Template specified in Utilities -Company Information then the Customise button
