When preferences are set to allow orders for manufactures products to be taken from stock, order fulfillment is managed in the Orders From Stock screen. From this screen you can view outstanding orders, stock availablility and can even send an order to be manufactured or "finalise" an order, generating an invoice.

*Ensure that Preferences are set correctly

*Select [[Manufacturing]] tab

Overview

When preferences are set to allow orders for manufactures products to be taken from stock, order fulfillment is managed in the Orders From Stock screen. From this screen you can view outstanding orders, stock availablility and can even send an order to be manufactured or "finalise" an order, generating an invoice.

How to use Orders From Stock

  • Ensure that Preferences are set correctly
  • Select Manufacturing tab
  • Select Orders_From_Stock button
  • The list will display all orders waiting to be filled including numbers sold and available quantity
  • If you decide to manufacture the product to fill the order select Manufacture button
  • If you have sufficient quantity in stock select Finalise button. This will allocate stock and print an invoice.
