Accounts List (Tree Mode, List Mode)

Overview


The Chart of Accounts list can be viewed in detailed list mode or Tree mode. The Chart of Accounts List displays the full
list of Accounts with related balances. You can view by Active Accounts, Inactive Accounts or All Accounts, by selecting the relevant radio button.

The "Chart of Accounts List" displays the following information fields for each account:

  • Account Number
  • Account Name
  • Account Type
  • Department the Account is assigned to
  • Balances of each Account Type and Account Balance
  • Banking information
  • Tax code information

In the 'Accounts List' you can view your Chart of Accounts. If you click on 'Tree mode' (circled on the far right top of the page),
