Entering a Refund
Entering an Refund - Can you enter a Customer Refund?
In Sales Module click Refund.
Browse the customer, and product and enter the refund quantity. The Select Sale Return will open the list of sales you already done to select if the refund is there.
Enter the quantity that are being refunded and hit save.
