Overview
Documents Path
Documents Path - What does the Setup Doc's Path do?
You can find this option in the Utilities Module. This function allows to set a path where your documents for example, a letter that you have created for a customer, will be saved.
For example: if you go to contacts in Customer Card, and produce a letter. This letter will be saved in the documents tab in Customer Card and on the destination which you have defined in Setup Doc' Path.
Go to Utilities Module and click Setup Doc's Path, which will open a window where you can browse your system and set a path where all the documents will be saved.
It is advised to set this on a central point on Network, so that other employees can access it to.
