Entering a Bill

Entering a Bill - Can you enter a Bill?

Bill you will use for posting expense accounts, such as telephone, power etc. Typically for your overhead type accounts.

You can turn on an option under the preferences of Purchases Remember the Last Transaction by Supplier

- Select Purchases tab.

- Bill button.

- Browse Supplier Name.

With the preference "Remember the Last Transaction by Supplier" will preload the last transaction you did with this supplier.

- Browse Account Name.

- Enter Amount

- Write Memo if you want.

- Check Tax Code and Tax Amount.

- Enter Comments

- Save
