The first way is through the Purchase Order, Sales Order or Invoice screens there is button called "Copy to Smart" in the middle of screen.

Automatic Smart Orders Automatic Smart Orders- Do you know the different ways ERP can generate Smart Orders and the required Preference settings?

From the Main Screen select the Utilities Button then select the Preferences Button.

  • Click the Sales button on the left
  • Under the General tab you will find 
      -Disable  'Copy to Smart' on S/O when P/O is created 
      -Disable 'Copy to Smart' on Inv and BO Inv when P/O Created
