Requesting a Supplier Quote

Requesting a Supplier Quote- Can you request a Supplier Quote from the Smart Order list?

From the Main Screen select the Purchases Button then select the Smart Order Button.

  • When creating a Smart Order after adding your needed products/supplies you will find two buttons towards the bottom of the screen called RFQs and Email RFQ
  • RFQ stands for Request for Quote. By clicking either one of these buttons you will be able to request multiple quotes from multiple supplier by email or printed format.
