Do you know where in the preferences tab you can upload the new Tax Scales?
 
 
The Tax Scales List displays a list of all current Tax Scales as supplied by the Australia Tax Office (ATO). When new Tax
 
Scales are released by the ATO, the list will be made available for download from the ERP website, and can be imported
 
into ERP via Utilities;Preference;Payroll;Import Tax Scales.
 
 
Lists in ERP can be Filtered<LinkId=251>, Searched<LinkId=252>, Customised<LinkId=249>, Printed<LinkId=253> and Exported<LinkId=254>.
 
 
A Tax Scale is selected for each Employee for Payroll purposes.
 
 
How To Use the Tax Scales List
 
 
Select the Payroll Tab
 
Select the Tax Scales List button
 
As per other ERP Lists, the Tax Scales List allows the user to:
 
Search for specific data (refer to Global Features)
 
Filter by selected criteria (refer to Global Features)
 
Customise the List view (Global Features)
 
Export the displayed List (Global Features)
 
Print the displayed List (Global Features)
 
Select the relevant radio button to view the required list, i.e. 'Active Scales', 'Inactive Scales', 'All Scales'.
 
The date of the last update to each Tax Scale is displayed in the 'Last Updated' column.  It is advisable to check
 
these dates to ensure you have imported the latest Tax Scale list.
 
When viewing the 'All Scales' list, the Active and Inactive scales will be identified in the 'Active' column.
 
Yes if the Scale is active or 'blank' No is Scale is Inactive.
 
'Global Ref' column identifies the ERP Ref number.
 
'Scale ID' column identifies the ATO list ref number.
 
'Description' column details the ATO description/name of the Tax Scale.
 
Select the 'New' button to manually enter a new Tax Scale.
 
 
NB: Data for a new Tax Scale should be sourced from the ATO.
