Can you load Teamviewer directly from the support log?

  • Go to Appointment module
  • Select Customers on Support list
  • Choose Active until double click and it will load Support log customer card
  • Click Teamviewer and it will established connection to the customer
  • Fill in password (ask customer) and it will be connected
