Team Viewer Link
Can you load Teamviewer directly from the support log?
- Go to Appointment module
- Select Customers on Support list
- Choose Active until double click and it will load Support log customer card
- Click Teamviewer and it will established connection to the customer
- Fill in password (ask customer) and it will be connected
