Overview
ERP is unable to connect to the ERP Service Menu
This will come about when the ERP Service menu is not running on the server that holds your MySQL data file.
You will need to open the windows services on your server and start the "ERP Service Menu" or the "ERP Utilities Service".
You should also under the properties for this service ensure that the recovery tab is set to restart the service should it fail for any reason.
