Overview
This is the ERP Server updater program trying to run and can't.
One of the reasons for this is typically because one of the databases on your server has not been updated or is not on the current version. Check in the login screen for the version number of each company file, if any aren't at the current version either update it or restore a backup over it and then update it.
To confirm this you should check the log file for the updater which can be found on the server under C:\ERP Software\Utilites\log\ and the file will be the name with the date backwards ie "ERPUpdater_2010_12_08.log"
All the logs in this area will tell you what is happening with the updater and services and they should open using notepad.
