ERP Main Screen
Do you know how to fully customize the ERP Main Screen for your individual needs? Although, you will need to have the appropriate access levels to do this. Check with your administrator.

How to customise the main screen in True ERP
Open the Main Screen in ERP
Select the Customise Tab at the bottom of the screen.
On the upper Left of the screen you will find Select menu category
On the upper Right of the screen you will find Select Page to Customise drop down menu list. (This list displays the buttons already loaded onto the selected page).
Within both of the above you will also have a drop down menu available to select from.
To add a button to your selected page
Highlight the button in the left of the screen and then click on the single-arrow forward key (>), or 'Drag and Drop' the button using your left mouse click. If you want to add all, eg. all the Appointment buttons from the select menu category to the selected page,
choose Appointments from the drop down menu
Click the double-arrow forward key to add these buttons to the selected page.
Note: This principal works the same in reverse i.e. right to left You can move the position of any 'Selected Button' by highlighting the button and use the Up or Down Hand Buttons to place in position desired.
To add a new page
Click on the Add tab,
then in the name of the new page, then press OK. The page will automatically load into the 'Select page to Customise', ready for your button selection. To delete a page click on the Delete button and this will remove a page, if the page contains buttons a prompt will appear confirming if you wish to delete.
Now the Main Menu has been customised you can copy this to different employees.
Copy to different employees
Select the 'Copy To.....' tab at top of screen
Click on the drop down menu to select employee
Then click OK
Your Main Menu Screen will now include all your customised selection tabs and buttons. Note: A vertical scroll bar will appear when the number of tabs (on the left hand side of the main screen) in the list does not fit on screen, this enables you to put as many tabs as you like and still have easy access to them all.
N.B. To revert back to the default Main Screen menu go into Customise and select the Default button found at the botton of the screen. The main menu will consist of the original ERP default settings. The newly created selected pages will no longer exist if the default button is selected.
