Teamviewer Quicksupport
ERP Software as a company use and recommended the Teamviewer programme to allow us to access your computers to not only view your machines but to also help and give you any support as required.
- You will need to load Teamviewer Quick Support onto your computers for ERP to be able to support you.
- TeamviewerQS.exe<http://www.teamviewer.com/download/TeamViewerQS.exe>
- Refer the Teamviewer web site for any relevant information as required.

To run Teamviewer
- Click on the Windows Start button - All Programs
- From the menu list Select ERP Software - click on ERP Support
- The ERP Support screen will open displaying Your ID number and the Password you will be asked to provide. From here ERP will have access to your terminal.
