Source List

Do you know how to view the Source List ?

The Source List allows you to enquire on and list sources of customer contact such as advertising campaigns like Yellow Pages, also sources such as Referrals. You can also monitor the number of Enquiries and Appointments resulting from each Source. Each source has a Creation and Inactive date to define the duration of a campaign.
Select the CRM Module and then select the Source List button

  • Select a Date Range and the relevant Radio Button to display the required list Active Sources Only - Inactive Sources Only - All Sources
  • When Appointments have been made they will show in the Appointment Count column of the Source List
  • You can add the Enquiries totals from a basic source count into the system by clicking on the + in theEnquiries column
  • This will then calculate the % Success Rate of Enquiries to Appointments
