New From Product
How do you add equipment automatically from a product?
New Equipment can be added from within the Equipment List, from the Main Screen, from a Product or from a Quote. Once in the New Equipment page either method is the same.
To Add Equipment from a product
- From the Main Screen select the Workshop Module and then the Product Express List button.
- Select the Product that you want to Add as Equipment
- Select the Is Equipment check box and the New Equipment screen will now open.
- The Name and Linked Product fields will self populate
- Enter the Description, Manufacture and Model No fields where applicable and Save
