ERP Toolbar
The ERP Top Tool Bar is designed as a very quick and easy way of selecting your most commonly used functions within the ERP suite. This Tool Bar can be customised to suit your individual needs and help enormously with your day to day work flow.
- The ERP Screen can be defined as is the entire screen view of the ERP Suite, with the File Menu, Top Tool Bar and Main Menu Window. The ERP Main Menu Window is the moveable section inside the ERP Screen and the Top Tool Bar is the buttons below the file menu and above the Main Menu Window
To customise the Top Tool Bar
- Select the General Module button on the left hand side menu and select the Customise Tool Bar button. On the left of the screen you will find the Select Menu Category and on the right the Select Page to Customise.
- To make all the buttons available, click on the Default tab at the bottom left.
- Select the buttons you wish to be shown on the selected page by Highlighting the button on the left and then press the > to send accross to the selected page. By pressing >> will send all the buttons over. This proccess will also work in reverse.
- To place the buttons in the desired Order on the Tool Bar use the Up & Down hand buttons at the right of the screen.
- Then click OK to save the settings.
