Stock Requirements
Stock Requirements- Do you understand how a Smart Order can be automatically created for required Sub Products and its delivery time factored into Auto Scheduling?
From the Main Menu select Sales and then the Sales Order button.
- Enter your product
- A small green box will appear and give you the option to Manufacture your product or Take From Stock
- Click Manufacture
- You will then be taken to the Manufacture Summary screen (this option can be turned off in your preferences)
- Click the Edit button towards the bottom of the screen
- On the Process Tree Edit screen you can enter the quantity of the products you would like to order under the On Order column
- Save
Note: Towards the bottom of the screen there is a summary of the products you would like to order. The Total Quantity, Cost, Cost with Labour and Price with Labour will all be displayed in red.
After you click Save a Smart Order will automatically be made and can be found in the Smart Order list in the Purchases module.
The delivery time for the products ordered will be displayed in the Capacity Planner in the Manufacturing module. Products that have not arrived will show as Not Yet Received in the grid.
