Restore a Backup

To restore files from a file backup that was created after the system image backup was created. It restores the last backup you made , if its been a while any files you added after that backup are not in the backup so can't be restored (restoring is taking the files you backed up and putting them back on the device)


Restore a Backup - How do you Restore a backup?


You can restore a backup at any time in ERP.

  • Go to Utilities
  • Click Restore - This will open a window with the backup files. Each Backup file will show the details of last backup with Version, Date and Time.
  • Select the one that you want to Restore 
  • Click OK - This will restore the data of that particular date and time.


Make sure all users are logged off from the ERP before you restore the data.
