Audit Trial
An audit trail (also called audit log) is a security-relevant chronological record, set of records, and/or destination and source of records that provide documentary evidence of the sequence of activities that have affected at any time a specific operation, procedure, or event.
Audit Trail - What are the advantages of using the Audit Trail List?
Audit Trial records everything that has been done in the ERP by any user.
To access this:
- Go to Utilities Module
- Click Audit Trial.
It is a list of all the movement and actions done by any user in the database. This may create huge numbers of records on a daily basis. Therefore, it is recommended to Purge Audit Trail after 2 months or so.
