Overview

The ERP Dashboard gives you a snapshot of the the companies performance for the current financial year. It can be configured to pop up each time you access ERP and can be turned on or off for each employee using Access Levels. By default Dashboard is turned on for everyone.

The Dashboard can also be accessed at any time by selecting the Accounts tab and then Dashboard button

How to set up Dashboard

  • Select Utilities tab
  • Select Preferences button
  • Select Accounts tab
  • Enter the Company Income Tax Percentage. This is the nominal rate for estimating net profit/loss.
  • Select Utilities tab
  • Here you can turn the Dashboard on or off. If turned off, it is turned off for everyone. If turned on you can control who sees it under Access Levels. When turned off the reminders list is displayed in its place.
  • Save

Setting Dashboard Access Levels for each employee

  • Select Employee tab
  • Select Access Levels button
  • Select the first employee that you want to change Access Levels for from the drop down list
