This information defines how Rosters Work. Rosters define what hours an employee should work and the Clock ON / Clock Off

Use Clocked Hours - When copying to Payroll use clocked hours rather than rostered hours

Ignore Early Start - Don't copy hours prior to the rostered start time into payroll

Ignore Late Finish - Don't copy hours after the rostered finish time into payroll

Add to the Roster

Can you add sick leave to the Roster?

  • From the Main Menu screen select the Employee module button.
  • Select the Roster button. Right Click and drag across the required dates for a selected employee.
  • Right click on the highlighted dates and select from the displayed options E.g. Annual Leave
  • When a day has been marked as Unavailable in the roster for an employee, that particular day will be displayed blocked out in the Main Calendar and will not be able to have any appointments asigned to that day for the employee.
