Back Up on Exit

Do you know how to make the last person on exit auto Backup function?

From the Main Menu select Utilities Module and then the Preferences button.
Within Preferences select the Utilities tab
Select the Backup on Last Person Exit Radio Button and then Save.
ERP will now Automatically run a Back up when the last person in the system exits their workstation.
The Backup will be stored in the Backups folder on the C Drive of the Server
