CRM Reports
Do you know how to use CRM reports?
Selecting the CRM Reports button will open the Report Selector menu displaying the list of CRM related reports.
- Select the Report you would like to view from the List.
- Use the Date Range tabs to get date driven Reporting
- Click on Update Batch to ensure all information has populated within the file
- Click OK - this will then bring up the requested report
- Click on the Customise button at the bottom of the screen to make any required changes to the display format.
- Select the Custom Report tab
- Enter a Report Name and then select the Create Custom Report button
- This will Save the report and bring the Customised report back up on screen
- This will create a new Radio Button in the Report Selector called My Reports where all of your Customised Reports are stored.
