Tax Code List

Do you know how to view the Tax Code List?

  • Select the Accounts drop down menu at the top left of the main screen
  • To create a New code Select Tax Codes
  • To view the list select Tax Code List

The Tax Code List can also be accessed from the General Module

  • Select the General Module then the Tax Code List Button.
  • Select either theActive, Inactive and All radio buttons view all of the Tax Codes loaded into the system.


  • You can create a New Tax code by selecting the New button and Type in the required fields
  • The list can be printed by selecting the Print Button, exported by selecting the Export Button or customised by selecting the Customise button
  • Select the Check Box to make the codes Active
  • Only the Active codes will be available for selection when transactions are entered as some of these codes will never be used by the majority of businesses and are therefore Inactive by default but can be made active if required.


N.B Always consult your accountant and ERP Support before creating a new tax code as there may be implications for reporting.
