Attachments
How do you drop attachments on to a repair?
Within a repair you can add notes in two ways. You can type_in_a_note<LinkId=1106> which will be time/date stamped or you can add an attachment. An attachment can be any type of document including an image however care should be taken to keep attached documents as small as practical.
How to add an attachment
Select Workshop tab Select Repairs List button Select a Repair Select Notes tab Select the document you want to attach from your desktop or other folder and drag the curser over the notes field in ERP (you may need to resize your screen to see both at the same time). Release the mouse key and note the Attach button becomes live. By clicking on this button you can now see all attachments for this repair
