How to add new Equipment from a Repair

Select  Workshop tab

Select Repair

Select a customer in the company drop down

Select Equipment tab

Select F8 function key - You will now see the Equipment list from which you can choose an item to link to the

Select the Equipment - you will be returned to the repair screen and the new equipment will now be listed

Double Click the new equipment to open the customer card to add serial#, registration etc

Using F8

Where does this look for new equipment?

In the Repairs Screen, under the Equipment tab the drop down list of Equipment Name will display all equipment belonging to the customer. To get a Full Equipment List, that is equipment listed but not linked to the customer, use the F8 function key
