Invoiced Repairs

How do you view a list of invoiced repairs?

When a repair has been invoiced it is flagged as Converted. The Repair List allows you to view all repairs with multiple filters available to change the view and the details displayed. Selecting Converted as a filter will display all of the invoiced repairs for the date range selected, subject also to other filters in use.

  • To view the repairs list select the Workshop Module and then theRepair List button

Within the Repair List you have a number of options for choosing the information to be displayed using the Radio Buttons in the top of the page

  • Select Summary - as described this is a summary list containing one line per repair
  • Select Parts - this displays multiple lines for each repair, being one line per part used
  • Select Equipment and then scroll to the right. Here you see details of each Equipment
  • Select Timesheet and scroll to the right. Here you see the details of Labour costs and Service details

Within each of the above selections you can view by Active, Done or Both

  • SelectDone - This displays completed repairs
  • Select Active - This displays repairs not yet completed
  • Select Both - This displays all repairs

Within each of the above you can also view by Converted, Pending or Both

  • Select Converted - This displays repairs that have been invoiced
  • Select Pending - This shows repairs not yet invoiced
  • Select Both - This shows all repairs
