Payroll Options View
Do you understand how the employee screen changes if you have no Payroll Access ?
- If an employee has the correct access levels for payroll, the Payroll Access radio button in Employee Preferences needs to be selected.
- If it is not selected the employee will not be able to view the payroll screens. E.g. Payroll will not be in the Main Menu buttons.
- Keep in mind this is one of Two Preferences required to be on, to display Payroll
- The 2nd is from the Main Menu Select Utilities - Preferences and select Utilities again. Scroll down to the Enabled Modules menu and tick Payroll.
